Our website address is: We are primarily a blog for the Talent Acquisition profession that focuses on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing


Although the site is a blog, when visitors come they are unable to leave comments on the site.  We do not collect the data shown in the comments form. However, we are able to see visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

IF WE EVER ALLOWED COMMENTS: please take note, that your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


 We DO NOT allow visitors to upload any images, video or files to our website.  We DO NOT use any GIF, JPEG, PNG files for geo-location nor permit uploading them.


Depending on your browser and browser setting Cookies are temporary and may only last during the session.

If you visit our certain pages (like Contact page), we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

We don’t share data with anyone. The only data we collect is through our use of analytics to understand what you’re reading and interested so we can focus on creating content that interest you. 

How long we retain your data

 Since we don’t allow for Users to register on, we can’t and won’t story any store any personal information.  However, if you sign-up for our newsletter, we use a third party application to collect your name and email so that we may send you our newsletter. And, if you choose to use the contact form, we collect your name and email so that we can respond to your questions.

What rights you have over your data

 Since we don’t collect any data, such as profile data, there is no way for us to remove any personal data. However, you can request to be removed from our email list if you’ve registered and there is an option to unsubscribe there.
